What I know for sure is that I've had stomachaches off and on for the past four weeks. I've been to the doctor, who pronounced that nothing serious was wrong, and encouraged me to start keeping track of my meals and how I feel.
To make a long story short, when I have wheat and dairy products, I start feeling bad about 24 hours later, and stop feeling bad a few days after that.
So I've decided to cut out dairy and wheat products entirely until further notice, to see how I feel. If I can feel better for more than a week, I'll probably try adding wheat back in again, since it's a hard one to avoid.
Oh, and in other news, my second knitting project is done (it's a scarf). I'll post a picture soon.
