In case you ever want to hear me prostelitize

One of the reasons I stopped wearing shoes is because I kept finding articles like this:

And my experience matches up with that. I used to twist my ankles all the time. And now I never do. And as for stepping on sharp objects and cutting myself, yeah, it's happened, maybe 2 or 3 times in as many years. That's less often than I cut my hands, and I don't go around wearing gloves all the time to protect myself.
